Discount Ticket Refunds and Changes
Discount tickets can be changed solely at the train station ticket desks or at the travel agency where the ticket was issued, up to midnight the day before departure.
Types of Discounts
Note: All discounts are subject to availability
Super Economy: This type of ticket starts from a low price of €9 and is available on both 1st and 2nd class on all types of TrenItalia trains. With a Super Economy train ticket, you are not eligible for a refund, ticket or train change.
Economy: This type of ticket starts from a minimum price of €9 and is available in both 1st and 2nd class on all types of TrenItalia trains. With an Economy ticket, you are eligible for a maximum of 1 ticket change, only on the date or time of the train (you cannot change types of trains). You must make any ticket changes at the same place that you bought the ticket. Once purchased, you are not eligible for a refund.
