FlorenceForFun was established in 1999 by Federico Rossi as a company that promoted local nightlife to international students.
In 2002, native Australian Anna McNiel joined FlorenceForFun, bringing an international perspective to the team. As the years progressed, FlorenceForFun began offering authentic Italian cooking classes, pizza-making classes and typical Tuscan dinners.
In 2005, Fabio Paolini joined the team and FlorenceForFun officially moved into student travel.
Today, FlorenceForFun is a travel agency that specializes in organizing days trips, weekends away and fall & spring break trips for study abroad students in Florence.

  1. Hi Florence For Fun! I studied abroad in Florence in 2015 and think so fondly of that time in my life and my own experiences with FFF! I’m interested to know if you are still operating as a company and if you’re hiring? I noticed your Instagram and blog have not posted anything in a while…I hope you are still operating and bringing new experiences to students! Hope to hear from you!

  2. I wish to book a 1 day tour for 2 Senior Adults on Saturday, November 5th, 2022 to the Val D’Orcia area. We are mostly interested in visiting Pienza, Montacino and/or Montepulciano, and possibly San Galgano Abbey. We are mainly interested in scenery and towns, but a wine tasting is fine. We would prefer a small group tour, but are open to whatever you offer. Please respond. If you cannot accommodate us, can you recommend another agency. We might consider a private tour depending on price. Mille Grazie.
