Question 1: How do I make a reservation? Answer: You can either book online at www.florenceforfun.com or you can come into the FlorenceForFun office Monday through Friday from 12pm to 6pm. FlorenceForFun |

Question 2: What if I need to change my reservation? Answer: If any changes need to be made to your reservation, please contact info@florenceforfun.org immediately. |

Question 3: What if I need to cancel my reservation? Answer: In the unfortunate case that you need to cancel your reservation, please contact info@florenceforfun.org immediately, or call the office +39 055 247 6605 |

Question 4: What is your refund policy? Answer: Depending on how far in advance you cancel your reservation prior to departure date will determine the amount of money you will be refunded. As we approach the departure date the refund will not be in full because we have used your money to purchase your accommodations and any extra activities that are included in the price of your trip. |

Question 5: Does FlorenceForFun offer discounts? Gather your friends to form a group of 10 or more and everyone will receive 5% off of the trip you are going on. |

Question 6: What is included in the price of a FlorenceForFun trip? Answer: It varies from trip to trip, but generally speaking all FlorenceForFun trips include round-trip transportation, FlorenceForFun tour guides and FlorenceForFun mini-guides (with itineraries, maps, destination history, suggestions and our contact information). Question 7: Do I need to bring my passport on FlorenceForFun trips? Answer: It is not necessary to bring your passport on day trips, but it is strongly recommended to do so for weekend trips. We will be passing through border control as we enter our destination country. In the event that it is required to show travel documents you will want to be prepared. |

Question 8: How should I pack for a weekend trip? Answer: FlorenceForFun staff will provide you with an itinerary prior to departure that will include a suggested list of what to bring. We always recommend that you check the weather of your destination ensuring that you are dressed properly and will be comfortable during your stay. |

Question 9: How much luggage is allowed? Answer: A small suitcase plus a backpack should be more than enough for your weekend with FlorenceForFun. |

Question 10: How much money should I bring? Answer: FlorenceForFun staff will provide you with an itinerary that will tell you what is and is not included on the trip. We strongly recommend that you bring enough money with you to purchase your own snacks, lunch/dinner (when not included) and souvenirs. If we are traveling to a destination that does not use the euro, it is suggested that you use your ATM card to withdraw money once arriving in the host country. This will help you receive the best currency exchange rate. |

Question 11: What if I want to room with my friends on the trip? Answer: No problem! Just tell a FlorenceForFun staff member who you would like to room with and we will do our very best to accommodate you. The amount of people we can put into one room varies from trip to trip, but it is usually groups of 2, 3 and 4. We will only make co-ed rooms upon request by female customers. |

Question 12: What if I am traveling by myself? Answer: In the event that you are traveling by yourself, we will pair you up with other members of the group that are traveling solo so that you feel safe and comfortable with your arrangement. |

Question 13: How can my family reach me while I am on a trip? Answer: It is important that your family knows you are safe and sound while traveling with FlorenceForFun. We will provide you with the address and phone number of the hotel we will be staying at. You are also more than welcome to share our contact information with friends and family members in the event they need to reach you. |

Question 14: What if there is an emergency? Answer: In the case of an emergency, you can refer to your FlorenceForFun mini-guide that will be given to you at the beginning of your trip. It will include contact information on the hotel, your tour guide, the FlorenceForFun office and the closest US Embassy. |

Question 15: How many people will be on the trip? Answer: Groups can vary in size, however, we usually travel with at least 25 students. We allocate one FlorenceForFun tour guide per 25 students to make sure we provide you with a more personal experience. |

Question 16: How much free time will I have? Answer: Both day trips and weekend trips are structured so that you will have a sufficient amount of free time allowing you to explore on your own. However, it is not obligatory for you to join us on walking tours and/or optional activities that we offer. We just ask that if you decide to not take advantage of these activities to arrange a meeting time and place with your FlorenceForFun tour guide. |

Question 17: What are the optional costs and activities? Answer: Optional activities and extra costs vary from trip to trip. FlorenceForFun staff will make you aware of them prior to departure. Question 19: If I have friends or family members visiting me from out of town, can they come on the trip with me as well? Answer: Absolutely! Taking family members and friends on FlorenceForFun trips is an excellent way to enjoy your time together. You can sit back and relax and let us plan that part of your vacation for you whether it be a day trip or a weekend trip. |

Question 20: Can you help me plan a trip that FlorenceForFun does not offer? Answer: This is not a problem! FlorenceForFun staff is well-travelled and more than happy to offer advice to you on your independent travels.
